Intuitive Access- Journal style

April 30th, 2010
Using your journal

So what is intuition? I’d say it is inner wisdom or inner knowing. Ester and Jerry Hicks in the Teachings of Abraham call it our ‘emotional guidance system’. Cool stuff.

Why would we want to access this info? Why not just make decisions with our rational mind? Or keep doing what we’ve always done so we don’t have too many new decisions to make???

Well, I guess the question really is, are you happy with a reasonably OK life? Or are you a person who wants to LIVE A TRULY INSPIRED LIFE? If you’re after inspiration, read on…….

Getting tuned in to our intuition is what allows us to start seeing around corners in away. It’s when we’re tuned into and trusting our intuition that we start to take ‘inspired action’ in our life. And inspired action leads to miraculous results, as in dreams coming true.

How to get tuned in?? There are lots of schools of thought on this, lots of practises available. One that works for me is writing myself into the feeling place.

When writing for intuitive guidance, start with giving yourself some quiet time and space. The real trick here is to TURN YOUR ATTENTION INWARD. And by that I mean, start to pay attention to how you’re feeling. How are you feeling in your body right now? Write that down!

As you get accustomed to feeling how you feel and writing it down, you’ll be able to start to access the wisdom your feelings hold on any subject.

A quick example, you might have a couple of options open to you in an area of your life. You might be unsure of what’s the best way forward for you at this time. So using your journal, you could write about your options, feeling into each as you write.

As you explore your options in the pages of your journal, while being tuned into the feelings in your body, you’ll soon notice which option feels more alive? Which option feels more joyful? Which option feels scary/ exciting? You’ll also feel which options are coming from feelings of fear, duty, obligation, guilt etc.

The trick is to boldly choose the options that feel most inspired. Sometimes the feelings are strong and obvious, other times the feelings are quite subtle. With practise though you’ll soon master your inner guidance and begin to live more and more of your dream life. And that’s my wish for us all. With much Love, Soli xxxxx

PS.
My energy coach, David Morelli is a master of intuition and is offering a FREE 3 class course on accessing your intuition. I’m doing it too! If you’d like to join me, follow this link…..
