The swirling and shifting of energy that’s taking place within me at the moment feels a lot like TERROR a lot of the time. And just when I think its settled and passed for the time being, another bout is triggered.
We have certainly put it all on the line to be here. And I think I just really wanted to share with you guys that while we might look affluent from the outside with our gorgeous home to live in. The crappy energy within when stored and added to without being felt and released becomes, dark moods from hell, deep depression, major illness, self sabotage of all forms. All sorts of nasties come from not owning all of what’s really true for us – what’s really going on within.
